Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Good Times 4ever (“we”, “us”), operated by Tushar Dalvi in Ontario, Canada, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. We follow Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact and event details you give us by call, text, or form: name, phone number, event date, event type, city, and guest estimate.
- Booking records: agreements, deposits, and payment confirmations. We don’t store card numbers. Payments are handled by your bank or payment provider.
- Photos and video taken at events, and any phone number or email a guest enters to receive their photos.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as IP address and device type. If we use analytics or similar tools, this can also include pages viewed, approximate location, and browser and device details.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, plan and deliver your event, take payments, keep business and tax records, deliver photos, and, with permission, promote our business (see our Photo and Video Consent page), and to understand and improve our website and marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers (photo booth and gallery software, hosting, payment providers), professional advisers such as an accountant, lawyer, or insurer, and authorities when the law requires it. If we use analytics, advertising, or similar providers, they may also receive information about your visit. Photo-sharing software may process phone numbers or emails that guests enter to receive photos, under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address.
We may add analytics, advertising measurement, or similar tools in the future. These may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to recognize your browser, count visits, and understand how the site is used. If we do, we will update this policy, tell you which tools we use and why, and, where the law or the tool’s rules require it, ask for your consent first. You can usually block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can contact us with any questions.
Texts and messages
When you call or text us, we use your number to respond about your inquiry or booking. In line with Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), we won’t send marketing messages without your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for six years for tax and legal reasons. Online photo galleries stay available for at least 30 days after your event. Website analytics data, if we use it, is kept only as long as we need it for those purposes. Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent (for example, to marketing use of photos), or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Call or text 365-739-3808. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Safeguards
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Complaints
If we can’t resolve a concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings with Good Times 4ever. If you sign a booking agreement and it differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Our services
We provide character-hosted photo booths (iPad or DSLR), self-run sound kit hire, and decor add-ons for events in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Milton, and Oshawa. Services depend on availability, and we take one event per day.
Booking and payment
Your date is held only after we receive a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. The balance is due before your event, as set out in your agreement. Prices on this site are “from” prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes are extra and travel fees may apply. Launch pricing applies to our first 10 bookings and requires permission to use event photos in our marketing. Without that permission, regular prices apply.
Cancellation and changes
See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Venue and access
You are responsible for venue permission, access, a working power outlet, and enough flat space. Outdoor setups must be covered and protected from rain, wind, and direct sun.
Conduct and equipment
Our host may pause or end service if conditions are unsafe or if people or equipment are being mistreated. You are responsible for damage caused by guests to our equipment, backdrops, or props, other than normal wear. See also our Equipment and Rental Terms.
Prints
Unlimited prints on DSLR packages means every guest can take their photos home. We print one copy of each photo session, with extra copies as time and supplies allow, and we may limit printing in cases of misuse or large repeat reprints.
Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, except where the law does not allow this. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power failure, venue closure, or travel disruption. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Website Disclaimer

General information
This website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise that it is complete or current. Prices, availability, and offers can change. Nothing here is a binding offer until a booking agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
Images and samples
Portraits of our host on this site are AI-styled. The magazine cover is a sample overlay, and the add-on illustrations are drawings. Real event photos will be added as they become available. Results at your event will vary with the venue, lighting, and guests, and equipment models may change.
Third-party links
If we link to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Use at your own risk
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using this website or relying on its content.

Photo and Video Consent
Last updated October 28, 2026
We photograph and film our setups and events for our portfolio, website, and social media. This page explains how that works.
Clients
For regular bookings, we use event photos and video for marketing by default. You can opt out in writing before your event date at no charge. For our first 10 launch bookings, marketing permission is part of the launch price, and opting out means the regular price applies. We may offer a paid Privacy Package later, with no marketing photography and images delivered only to you.
Guests
We ask clients to let guests know that photos and video may be taken, and we display a sign at the booth. Any guest can ask not to be featured, and we will respect that. When practical, we ask before posting a close-up or clip of an identifiable guest.
Children
We don’t post identifiable children without permission from a parent or guardian. At school events, we follow the organizer’s consent rules.
Audio
We avoid publishing recordings of guests’ conversations.
Your private gallery
Photos in your private event gallery are not used for marketing except as described on this page.
Removal requests
Call or text 365-739-3808 and we will remove the image from our website and our social media accounts as soon as reasonably possible. We can’t recall copies that others have already downloaded or shared.
Testimonials
We publish testimonials only with the person’s permission.
Equipment and Rental Terms
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms cover the equipment we bring to your event. Some items we set up and run for you, and two items, the sound kit and the LED candles, you handle yourself. Your booking agreement has the final details.
Photo booth equipment (we set up and host)
- The iPad or DSLR camera, lighting, stands, printer, and props stay our property. We set up, run, and take down the booth.
- Guests may use the booth as the host shows them. Please don’t move, unplug, climb on, or adjust the equipment, and keep food and drinks away from it.
- Children should be supervised by an adult at the booth.
- You are responsible for damage caused by guests beyond normal wear. We may pause the booth or remove props if equipment is being misused.
Backdrops and decor (we set up and take down)
- Backdrops and the stand stay our property. Please don’t use tape, pins, staples, or markers on them, or let guests write on or pull at them.
- Keep backdrops away from open flames, heat sources, food, and drinks. You are responsible for stains, tears, or damage beyond normal wear.
- Outdoor setups need cover and protection from wind and rain. We may decline to set up in unsafe conditions.
LED candles (you place them)
- Our flameless LED candles contain batteries and small parts, so keep them away from young children.
- We count the candles with you at handoff and again at pickup. Please don’t let guests take them or move them out of the venue.
- Lost or damaged candles are charged at replacement cost, and we may hold a refundable deposit, as stated in your agreement. They are not for wet or outdoor use without cover.
- We deliver the candles and show you how they work. You place them for your event, and we pick them up at the end.
Sound kit (you run it)
- What you get. Two speakers, stands, a wireless mic, cables, and a one-page guide. We complete a checklist with condition photos at handoff and again at pickup.
- Deposit. We hold a refundable damage deposit until the kit is returned and checked. We may deduct for damage, missing items, or cleaning.
- ID. Please show valid photo identification at delivery.
- Use. The kit is for speeches and background music at moderate volume. It is not for DJ or concert use. Don’t use it outdoors without our approval, and keep it away from water and heat.
- No lending. Don’t lend, sublet, or remove the kit from the venue.
- Late return. A late fee applies for each hour after the agreed pickup time, as stated in your agreement.
- Loss and damage. You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage from delivery until pickup, up to the replacement cost of the item.
- Setup help. We show you how to use the kit at delivery. Please don’t open the equipment, and tell us about any problem right away.
- With a booth package. When the kit is added to a booth package, we set it up and test it during our visit and collect it at the end.
For everything
Please make sure we have safe access, enough flat space, and a working power outlet, and tell us right away about anything that goes wrong.
Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 28, 2026
We want our website and our events to work for everyone, including people with disabilities.
This website
We use readable text sizes and strong color contrast, descriptions for images, and a layout that works with keyboard navigation and screen zoom. The site follows your device’s light or dark setting. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA where practical, but we have not had a formal accessibility audit, so some parts may fall short.
Our events
Tell us about any access needs, such as space, seated-height booth access, quieter setups, or large-print instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Feedback
If something on this site is hard to use, call or text 365-739-3808 and we will help and work to fix it. We can share information in another format on request.
